The 21st century is a period of rapid development of the world economy , with the arrival of the era of the new economy is characterized by globalization and information technology , enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition . In order to remain invincible in the competition , many companies are actively exploring a more scientific management mode . In order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises , improve enterprise efficiency and gain a competitive advantage , more and more companies to focus on their core business , and to achieve a win-win situation through the integration of external resources , human resources outsourcing \'s . TD company is a professional human resource services developed with the opening up and development of the Binhai New Area , a large number of multinational companies to come to Tianjin investment process . TD company was first set up specifically for the Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, corporate human resources and support work , the subsequent response to the demand of the market economy development , the gradual development of agent recruitment , executive search services, the dispatch of human resources , training , and other services .
