Abstract

To find a solution to the service of difficulties \an important topic. This paper from the service of the basic theory, the theory and practice of combing the Civil Service System, to take comparative analysis method to study the relevant provisions of the relevant system, a review of the existing law and judicial practice, pointed out that China's civil served defects in the system and causes and solutions to this problem on the basis of summarizing existing research results.
