Abstract


The engineering construction project management is constructs the entire process according to the objective economic law to the engineering project to carry on plans, the organization, the control, coordinated system administration effectively. Its core goal is realizes the quality, the time, the investment goal. Domestic and foreign has the mature theory and the practice about the engineering project management, along with science and technology and construction undertaking’s development, but develops unceasingly.The steel and iron profession engineering construction project scale big, invests, the construction cycle to be long in a big way, the engineering structure and the processing technology are complex. Tonghua Iron & Steel Group Co. Ltd. in promotes under the Northeast old Industrial base policy instruction to complete the remanufacture reorganization, the items of basic construction management reform, carries on the large-scale promotion innovation project construction.According to the related theoretical knowledge, through the investigation and the practice, uses the contrastive analysis the method to conduct the research and the application to Tonghua Iron & Steel Group Co.
