Abstract


At home and abroad in recent decades, studies have shown that natural resources does not necessarily bring about rapid economic growth, the economic growth of many countries and regions rich in natural resources but slower than the countries and regions of the scarcity of natural resources, that is rich in natural resources hindered the growth of the economy.
