Abstract


Treasure, rational utilization of land and to protect agricultural land is China’s basic state policy; its ultimate purpose is to guarantee the safety of food and land resources. Long-term since, our country land management more is to pay attention to the quantity of cultivated land of agricultural land especially protection, in fact the cultivated land protection that is the core of the throughput of the cultivated land, not only is the quantity of cultivated land protection of Agricultural land protection, only to ensure production capacity of China’s food safety. Agricultural land throughput of land and resources accounting is an important part of the investigation. Through the Agricultural land throughput calculation, the overall investigation in China to find agricultural throughput, can achieve throughput theory and practical capacity quantity and spatial distribution characteristics; In-depth analysis on regional agricultural land throughput, and master the national regional capacity for regional differentiation of status, land resources macroeconomic regulation and control and adjust provides the basis; Scientific evaluation within the administrative region agricultural land use of strength and potential, to take reasonable, effective measures to ensure the safety agricultural land resources, scientific development and utilization of agricultural land, resources, and promoting agricultural land resources to provide technical support and fine management for decision making. All over the country at present agricultural land productivity calculation results have completed, agricultural land throughput calculation mass of data collection storage and management information system of study design, is to be of research. This paper is land and resources in the land arrangement of land throughput calculation results center collecting and information system of the support of research topic is done.The main research results are as follows:(1) In the full reference of the agricultural land gradation, land planning management information system, and on the basis of the research results of agricultural land throughput calculation multi-scale, fast collected the key technology, focusing on the analysis of the agricultural land throughput calculation information system development key technologies involved, including agricultural land throughput calculation results summary technology, space database, GIS component technology, a detailed explanation of the agricultural land throughput calculation results, including achievements summary process data, the maps format conversion, the projection transformation and error correction, adjust the structure of database properties;(2) Combined with agricultural land throughput calculation principle and system development theory, the national agricultural land for quality management and improve the demand, as well as daily work management process requirements, agricultural land throughput calculation summary results system function, operation environment of the requirement analysis. The system framework design the user interface layer, system application layer and data service layer three levels; Function module design by the user management, maps, data inquires the eight module; Database design is divided into national and provincial, county level 3 structure, database management system uses SQL Server.(3) Agricultural land throughput calculation results in Liaoning province as an example, the application of the productivity consolidated accounting information system to realize the data format, projection transformation, error correction and attribute structure adjustment the whole collection process, collect results respectively with the results of the agricultural land gradation, statistical yearbook data, regional topography condition, high contrast compared the results verify the agricultural land throughput calculation, relevant accounting information system operation reliability.
