Abstract


Field survey of the significance research of villages’festivals sports in promoting the community culture participation was paying attention to the cultivation of the civic virtue and the shape of the public spirit. Also it’s a process of community main’s participation in community cultural activities voluntarily and democratically, at the same time, of sharing the developmental results of the community culture. The village festival celebrating sports is an important form of countryside culture life, is an important way of impetus the development of the community culture participation. The papers take the 24 villages in Guilin of Guangxi, and Yandun town of Lingshan county in Qinzhou and Meilin and linxi township in Sanjiang town in Liuzhou city of Guangxi for example, taking the way of Field Investigation on the villages festivals sports in perspective of the community culture participation. The research showed that villages’festivals sports play an important role in the community culture participation, at the same time, laying some questions. The thesis was basis on the information from the field investigation, making a preliminary Study on the questions.The paper is divided into six parts.PartⅠ, Making a research on the villages festivals sports in perspective of the community culture participation, noting the object and methods, expounding the purpose of the study, the main content and significance, and related concepts defined.Part II Field investigation points and the overview of the village festivals sports. Making a brief introduction on the points and the village festivals sports Guilin, and Yandun town of Lingshan county in Qinzhou and Meilin and Linxi township in Sanjiang town in Liuzhou in Guangxi.TheⅢpart was about the significance of the community culture participation. By anglicizing field survey data, and discussing the significance of the community cultural participation, showing that the community cultural participation not only played an important role in the person, family, Interpersonal relationships and the community stability, but also played a positive role in publicizing Communist Party of China’s policies, principles and increasing the community participation, and promoting the building of grassroots democracy.Part IV was about the Significance of the Villages Festivals Sports in the community culture participation. The Field survey show that the Villages Festivals Sports are improving enthusiasm of the community culture participation, enhance ding the extensiveness of the community culture participation, guaranteeing the hierarchical of the community culture participation, at the same time, maintaining the continuity of the community culture participation.PartⅤwas about the status and problems of the Villages Festivals Sports. At present, the development of rural sports festivals situation is not optimistic, lacking of human resources, participation degree and capacity of the villagers is not high and strong. The organizations are imperfect, inadequate funding and other issues will restrict the participation of the community culture Participation effectively.Part VI Some suggestions about how to make the rural sports festivals work fatherly in the role of promoting the community cultural participation. Again sting the lying question, the thesis proposed seven suggestions. Such as cultivating rural cultural personnel and using the traditional organizational resources; According to the rural characteristics, carrying out variety villages Festivals Sports. Actively; mobilizations all forces to developing the Villages Festivals Sports. Strengthening the building of the organization; increasing the participation ability of villagers; improving community cultural participation mechanisms, intensify the supporting efforts of the Government’s.The innovation of the papers was field-depth study the Villages Festivals Sports from the perspective of the community culture Participation. Community culture participation plays an important role in the promotion of cultural community participation, the promotion of rural culture and maintains the harmony of rural areas. Village festival sports are an important way to promote community culture participation. However, lacking of human resources, participation degree and capacity of the villagers is not high and strong, the paorganizations are imperfect, inadequate funding and other issues will greatly weaken Villages Festivals Sports’role in promoting the community culture. Participation seeking measures is helping protecting and supporting Villages Festivals Sports and promoting the community culture Participation’s healthy development.
