Abstract

China is a rapid economic development , the world's largest population of developing countries . How to diversify sources of energy , especially the development of bio-energy and bio-ethanol industry in China 's economic and social development of strategic significance . However , in today's bio-ethanol industry is mainly the use of food as a raw material , and the development of grain ethanol industry is a major threat to China 's food safety . This makes the development of non-food crops as raw materials , bio-ethanol industry in China has a particularly important significance . According to the status quo of China's agriculture and food industry , corn stover , corn cobs , rice straw , wheat straw and other agricultural waste as a raw material to produce ethanol to cellulose as the main ingredient and has broad prospects . Lignocellulose - based ethanol industry , dilute acid hydrolysis method has been used for more than 50 years . However , due to the poor selectivity of dilute acid hydrolysis method , the byproduct addition , other technologies are constantly developing enzymatic method because of its high sugar yield , environmentally friendly and highly pro-gaze . In this thesis, the steam explosion Arundo donax as raw material with Penicillium decumbens JUA10-1 and Trichoderma reesei T1-1c , the study of the hydrolysis of cellulose ethanol production process as enzyme production strains . Saccharification and fermentation by experimenting with different methods to make the ethanol production process has been optimized . The experiments confirmed that , despite the simultaneous saccharification and fermentation method can remove the product inhibition caused by cellobiose and glucose , but semi - simultaneous saccharification and fermentation ethanol yield in the low substrate concentration . Longer saccharification time in the semi- simultaneous saccharification and fermentation , high ethanol yield . We Penicillium decumbens JUA10-1 and Trichoderma reesei T1-1c as the ethanol yield enzyme production strains were compared and get a different trend and enzymes differences between different strains , which may . Also comparison Penicillium decumbens JUA10-1 and Trichoderma reesei T1-1c Arundo donax substrate cellulase production process parameters for the pilot production of cellulase .
