Abstract


Important topic of the phenomenon of crime , particularly the study of the causes of the phenomenon of crime has always been criminology research However, because of the limitations of human cognitive ability and ideological differences in the field experienced a century of controversy for the study of the causes of crime , until the twentieth the end of the century this controversy have subsided , the basic theory of the prototype of the crime phenomenon can be established . People no longer doubt the basic properties of the problem of crime phenomena , followed by how to take effective way to be in-depth analysis of the problem , and then find the phenomenon of crime , to grasp the laws of the phenomenon of crime . This paper attempts to analysis on the basis of differences in methodology in the field of comparative criminology research group theory in sociology as a breakthrough combination of class differentiation and class broken social structure variable in the process of social integration , as well as relative deprivation value collapse form of the social value of the variable performance , the background of our society 's development course , expounded the formation of the phenomenon of crime near the levels of the reasons in order to root generated from able perspective crime of the phenomenon , and thus to grasp the phenomenon of crime generated development and changes in the law , in order to affect the criminal policy .
