Abstract


University stage is the pursuit of knowledge, the young college students mold healthy personality of the key period, the development of future adulthood has important influence, but also search for selfhood, establish self stage. This period of self them a new understanding but at the same time with the change of environment individuals are constantly explore new balance between with the environment, in the process of adapt to the environment established ego and construct self-identity. The establishment of the college students’ identity to the survival and self development in college life and her role and school adjustment. At present, with the deepening of the market economy development and social change, the whole society is intensifying experience a profound transformation and value concept of reshape period, as a university student population in rural students is an important part of the influence of environment change because of socialization, enter the universities later, in school adjustment aspects have new characteristics, main characteristic is that one is in rural culture and city culture conflict, actively adapt to have more difficult school environment; 2 it is to appear in universities of malnutrition and self-identity in character disorders; In the life, studies, emotional and interpersonal relationship between different degrees of obstacle, appear for cognitive ability is poor performance, can’t evaluate themselves correctly and others; Self learning and development ability is weak, the lack of effective learning method; Interpersonal obstacle, individual practice ability is weak, cannot effectively play its potential and environmental resources to develop its own, with the sociological identity theory explanation is self identity fuzzy and identifying role delay, closed and role confusion, not very good school environment, thus to bring to the family and society must be short of regret.The reason caused such conditions: first a rural backward economy, culture and education conditions on personal development of rural students bring restriction. Especially urban and rural two differences apparent values to rural students’ identity and the impact of school adjustment. Additional social transformation of social strata differentiation of the rural students to colleges and universities also bring obstacles of school adjustment. From students’ speaking, the number of rural students lack clear understanding of self, self orientation and self development ability is insufficient to college school on the reason. For the smooth realization of the rural students smoothly, the school socialization establishing rural students’ identity and role identification, adapt to college campus life, need from the countryside to the students themselves and the school of social environment, first, pay attention to individual value, display the initiative, establish generative theory of self, actively participate in social practice, in the role of social practice experience and establish self-identity. In addition, improve the campus cultural environment, enhance the ability of rural students to setbacks, train rural college students’ healthy personality in order to adapt to the society endues rural students’ role requires.
