Abstract


When The flavonoids extracted using five different methods Yinchenhao which use the supercritical CO 2 extraction , used for the first time alkaline Entrainer . Total flavonoids extraction rate of the indexes , to optimize the extraction conditions . The research results show that supercritical CO 2 Law the extraction Yinchenhao flavonoids extraction rate of 3.88% under the optimum conditions ; ethanol reflux - a fixed-bed \, microwave - assisted ethanol , microwave-assisted β-cyclodextrin aqueous solution method under the optimum conditions , the extraction rate were 3.08% , 2.90% , 3.09% and 3.68% . Comparison of five extraction methods seen , the supercritical CO 2 fluid extraction is a good extraction Yinchenhao flavonoids , beta - cyclodextrin can significantly improve Yinchenhao flavonoids extraction rate. Macroporous resin the Yinchenhao flavonoids static adsorption experiments show that , in polar macroporous resin (DM-301) good adsorption effect of Yinchenhao flavonoids , and the volume fraction of 70 % aqueous ethanol The desorption rate is higher . Prepared by co-precipitation Yinchenhao flavonoid -β- cyclodextrin and stability, oxidation resistance and antibacterial experiments . The research results show that the fixed amount of β-cyclodextrin 1.000 g , the amount of solvent 20mL, crude flavonoids powder dosage 1.500 g , temperature 25 ℃ and inclusion time 2h, the best effect of inclusion , inclusion complexes yield of 75.5% ; At 25 ℃, the solubility of the inclusion complexes 3.20g/100 mL; rutin terms , the inclusion complex inclusion ratio of 1:2 (molar ratio , the flavonoids : β-cyclodextrin ) Yinchenhao : inclusion complexes the the the ultrasonic and oxygen stability than Yinchenhao the flavonoids significantly improved ; the Yinchenhao crude flavonoid powder and inclusion complexes have significant antioxidant capacity and Yinchenhao crude flavonoids powder antioxidant capacity stronger than the inclusion material ; bacteriostatic experimental results show that , the crude Yinchenhao flavonoids powder β- cyclodextrin have three common bacteria Escherichia coli , Staphylococcus aureus , Garcinia eight stacked bacteria, bacteriostatic ability and inclusion complexes of antibacterial activity than flavonoids powder .
