Abstract


The jurisdiction of the civil action is adjusted by the conflict rules , the connection point has obvious geographical characteristics as the jurisdiction of the International Civil principle by the principle of territoriality and personality principle . Cyberspace global challenges faced by the geographical center of the traditional principle of jurisdiction in resolving network cases . In this paper, the analysis of the characteristics of the network and the International Civil Procedure Jurisdiction , and in the analysis of the network jurisdictional rules of several in the field of view based on the resolve of the international civil jurisdiction in cyberspace : the Most Significant Contact principles to solve the problems encountered by the traditional regional characteristics jurisdiction in cyberspace ; non conveniens doctrine is excessive under the jurisdiction of the national courts of self-restraint , balancer ; autonomy principle conferring a right parties , flexible jurisdiction to resolve ; most important thing is the jurisdiction of international coordination , to emphasize and strengthen cooperation between countries .
