Abstract


The meaning of that is a core concept of civil law , the establishment of the research intention , analysis of the expression of the constituent elements are once again combing the basic concepts of the civil law . Study mean different elements missing case of the relief of the parties , must improve the legal system in China modern theoretical guidance . This article introduce the concept of intention , analysis intention to set up a theoretical study of the subject of value , the constituent elements of the intention to carry out in-depth analysis , what is the intention to establish the essential elements of the core , to analyze the effect of meaning is established , and lack of relevant elements of the loss of the parties to take what a relief to put forward their point of view , and hope that the research on the meaning to be helpful , and various means in real life is not established and the Flaw some theoretical reference .
