Power communication network in order to improve safety management and risk assessment level for the purpose of this thesis power communication network security risk assessment index system was studied. In -depth analysis of institutional power communication network technology based on reference ITU-T X.805 Recommendations and information security risk analysis method, the electric power communication network security risk analysis . Evaluation indicators based on past research results , developed a system of indicators to establish ideas , principles and structural framework and a series of indicators of design. In summing up power communication network security risk analysis results and indicators to follow design , based on the established power communication network security risk assessment index system . AHP relevant theory and mathematical statistics , the index system were screened for validity and reliability verification , index system has been optimized and scientific validation. Finally, the actual operation of electric power communication network data combined with some indicators for electric power communication network VaR calculated results are consistent with the actual situation , further confirmed the index system availability.
