Abstract


Since the 1990s, the financial management’s overall environment changes greatly, which is mainly manifested in the economical globalization, knowledge economy, information technology and communication technology, electronic commerce’s development. Each are put forward new challenges to financial management. How to use the low cost, high efficiency to integrate global resources, make its conduct optimum allocation becomes the enterprise’s first requirements on management, this must need to promote the transformation of finance urgently. The traditional meaning of financial accounting, financial settlement, will develop to those with resource allocation, budget management, performance management, capital operation, decision support and other high-end functions. Under this background, the managers have discovered a new management model, is the shared service management mode. Research on applying of shared service management mode in corporate finance Management will have larger practical significance.Based on the study on the monographs and articles of shared services at home and abroad ,gives the concept of Shared services, analyzes the Shared service management mode’s development process in the west and China. From the background of an enterprise financial management’s development, analyzes the meanings about shared service management module to the current enterprise’s finance management, and puts forward the use of the Shared service management mode’s basic framework in an enterprise financial management. It also describes the financial shared services management mode’s benefit expression, risk and the countermeasures. Through the ORACLE company application example expounds Shared service management mode of the application in enterprise financial management, from establishing the key elements and concrete implementation process about financial Shared services center, to finance Shared service center’s benefit contribution to the whole group. Finally draw relevant revelation that financial Shared service center’s problems and solving methods, financial Shared service center’s advantages and disadvantages and the trend of financial Shared services center development.
