Abstract

The house is the cornerstone of society, is the basis for human survival and development. As the carrier of the family life, the residential development not only reflects the development and change of the social, political, economic, cultural and other fields, but also directly reflects the way of life and survival of each family and personal status. Closely related to the residential and the lives of everyone, so it is the maximum amount of construction, the change is the most abundant and most studied a class of building. Factors affecting residential development are many and complex, and the main factor in different social and historical period. However, can always find some fixed number of changing factors, that is, total residential to meet the needs of living life to adapt to residents lifestyle and way of communication. Only in-depth understanding of the relationship between living life and external material carrier, we are able to deeply understand residential, to design a comfortable residential adapt to life. From a philosophical point of view, the interaction itself is the way of life or lifestyle, exchanges are a very important part of a way of life or life. Residential course we need to meet the needs of the exchanges to change with the changing social interaction. Therefore, this change from the social interaction unique perspective to explore the evolution and development of the urban housing. More than a century, the social interaction experience from junior to senior, from closed to open, from the simple to the complex development process. With the contacts of the change of life and the way of communication, live and work in the form of Urban Residents have undergone enormous changes.
