Abstract


Irregular menstruation is the women's menstrual cycle , by the amount of the color , quality changes . Clinical early menstruation , late menstruation , by the line has no regular, menstrual flow more or less , that the phenomenon of irregular menstruation . Irregular menstruation female common disease , most of the women of reproductive age had irregular menstruation history . It is mainly seen in Western medicine ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding . The female menstrual physiological constant around the country in 1980 showed that the incidence of irregular menstruation generally at about 10% . Abnormal menstrual cycle , early menstruation, late menstruation than the onset of puberty, menopause is higher than the growth period . Months after the frequently occurring rate of around 10% , due to different standards , various reports are quite different , higher incidence of IUD by intrauterine placement . Hypomenorrhea 1% -2% , early menstruation 1.6% -4.1% , late menstrual 7% -13.8 % , prolonged menstrual period is less than 3.3% -4.3 % . The irregular menstruation because of its high incidence , has become a common gynecological diseases , bring great harm to the physical and mental health of women , caused scholars universal concern . From the Song Dynasty , Siwutang widely used in clinical obstetrics and gynecology , and to the treatment of births through with miscellaneous diseases of various diseases . Yuan, Ming physicians further extended to the development of far more widely used in clinical , even being called gynecological St. Francis , the basic prescription for the treatment of gynecological diseases . Basic , all irregular menstruation can the Modified Decoction changes to achieve the purpose of treatment .
