Abstract


Team teaching (Team Teaching) is a kind of teaching advocated by the United States mid - 1950s morphology , mainly refers to two or more of education personnel composition of the teaching team , jointly responsible for a student body co-operation plans , teaching and assessment of students or evaluation of teaching . Play through the expertise of teachers to participate to complete teaching activities , on the one hand , teachers can mutually grow , on the other hand can also take into account the student 's learning to adapt . Studies have shown that team teaching in a foreign country , especially the United States to go more than half a century of history , the overall teaching becoming very efficient , is also very popular in Taiwan, China , the teaching results generally recognized . But the Chinese mainland team teaching is still quite weak, the collaborative teaching practice attempts are mostly true connotation of the concept of \elaborated , not more . Therefore, in-depth study team teaching connotation , it is essential to build a collaborative teaching mode for teachers to specific operations , then has its own topics . Around this topic , this study completed the following aspects : first , summed up the combing team teaching the basic concepts and theoretical knowledge ; analysis summarized the domestic and international collaborative teaching application status and trends ; Third, the analysis implementation of team teaching considerations , refer to Taiwan , Beijing Normal build teaching mode , to build specific detailed implementation of collaborative teaching mode , application reference for teachers ; fourth , to carry out teaching and testing , constantly revised and improved based on feedback from teachers , team teaching implementation mode ; Finally , sum up the implementation of the recommendations of the team teaching .
