Abstract


Supply chain management is a hot topic in the field of management. Almost all enterprises without exception, each enterprise is a part of the supply chain. Modern supply chain management is no longer simply supply, production and marketing enterprises Union, but further cooperation and coordination in the improvements to the supply chain, to strike a flexible environment fluctuations in the industry can not be replaced by competition . These require the enterprises to seek new management ideas and methods, improve the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the development of new enterprises. While supply chain management is precisely enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in an effective way, so highway passenger transport enterprises in the supply chain management with the advantages and conditions.Based on the theory of supply chain and related research and development of the domestic and international supply chain status of theoretical analysis, and road passenger transport enterprises in light of China’s Changzhou Road Transport Limited and the actual situation, detailed analysis of road passenger transport enterprises competitive advantage, competition disadvantages of the opportunities and threats facing demonstrated to the realities of supply chain management feasibility and inevitability.
