Abstract


The rapid development of logistics to promote global economic development \Ports for the two sides of the Taiwan Strait has become the main carrier of the economic and trade exchanges , the development of cross-strait port logistics has become an important way to strengthen economic ties between Fujian and Taiwan contributed to the Straits economic zone established . Cross-strait relations has been isolated from each other in private dealings with each other and then to direct the course of development of the pilot , so that we believe the two sides to achieve real tee will be a historical inevitable trend . Therefore, the study of the problem of how to do the docking of Fujian Province, traffic in cross - strait three links , has important practical significance and value for the development of port logistics between Fujian and Taiwan as well as the construction of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits . Port theory, traffic theory , as well as logistics theory , from the Fujian and Taiwan port logistics docking point , discussed in detail the Fujian Provincial Transport Problems in docking , and on the basis of scientific prediction before and after direct traffic a direct port as the leading integrated transport docking mode , and logistics network in Fujian and Taiwan docking port logistics and multimodal transport modes are discussed. First, with multi-dimensional gray dynamic coordination model and a variety of transportation indicators analyzed the relationship between transportation and economic development in Fujian Province , and then discussed in detail the various modes of transportation problems in docking , and then take advantage of a variety of mathematical models for direct before and after integrated transport the amount of scientific prediction , and a reasonable recommended value is given by the combination forecasting ; predicted on the basis of the various modes of transportation planning , to achieve a variety of means of transportation and port \increase the transport channel , and enhance links with neighboring provinces ; Finally , under the premise of docking ports in Taiwan and Fujian port , Fujian Province, traffic to the port as the leading integrated transport docking mode , freedom of supplies between Fujian and Taiwan flow , and make it extended to inland and two continents \
