Abstract

This article in our important the freshwater fish vachelli (Pelteobagrus vachelli) for the study, the indoor circulating water system (water temperature ,21-26 ° C; dissolved oxygen, 7-9 mg / L; pH value 6.8-7.6; total ammonia, less than 0.2mg / L; nitrite, lower than 0.09 mg / L) for a period of 70d feeding growth experiments explore the soy protein concentrate (SPC) juvenile vachelli ( The initial body weight of 1.54 ± 0.01g) survival, growth, digestion and protein metabolism. Preparation of the six kinds of nitrogen (protein content 39%), energy (total energy of 19.5 kJ g? 1) the experimental diets, which SPC substitute for fish meal protein levels were 0 (control group), 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100%. Three replicates per treatment, each repeat (plastic bucket, 300L) for 40 juveniles, timing satiation feeding 2 times daily (as early as 07:00 and 18:00). The main findings are as follows: 1, each treatment group, the survival rate was 97.5% and 100%, but the SPC is not the the juvenile vachelli survival significantly affect (P gt; 0.05); 2, SPC replacement level of 20 , compared to 40 and 60% of the treatment group and the control group, feeding rate (FI) there is no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), but the 80 and 100% of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P lt; 0.05) FI. With the rise of alternative levels, specific growth rate (SGR) showed a downward trend, but the replacement level of less than 60% between the treatment groups, there was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), alternative level of 100% of the processing Group SGR was significantly lower than the other groups (P lt; 0.05). Feed conversion ratio (FCR) trend is similar to the FI; 3, each treatment group vachelli juvenile fish crude protein content of 48.2% -48.8% 41.4% -43.8%, crude fat content, ash content of 8.9 % -9.3%, but SPC is not of juveniles vachelli body to produce a significant impact (P gt; 0.05); With the replacement level rise juveniles vachelli dry matter the apparent digestibility of protein, fat, and digestive enzymes (pepsin and trypsin) the vitality and protein metabolism the vitality of enzymes (alanine and aspartate aminotransferase) was significantly decreased (P lt; 0.05); 5, with the alternative elevated levels of and, SPC destroy the integrity of the liver and rear of vachelli juveniles intestinal structure, substitution levels of 100% of the treatment group of experimental fish after intestinal inflammatory phenomena. The experiments show that the SPC can replace fish meal protein and less than 60% of the level of growth of the young vachelli impact. Too high the alternative be vachelli juvenile feeding, growth, digestion, and protein metabolism inhibition.
