Endophytic fungal species, widely distributed, the rich resources of the various active natural products. Has been reported to have anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and cytotoxic activity from the endophytic fungi secondary metabolites. Chaetomium fungi is a rich resource for a variety of structural diversity of secondary metabolites. It has now been found that the novel structure of the new secondary metabolites having biological activity, such as Chaetomium prime based compound, chromone, and terpene compounds, etc. Many of these compounds have a significant biological activity, such as anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory , cytotoxic, enzyme inhibitory activity and antibacterial activity. Secondary metabolites and antibacterial activity of this experiment on a ginkgo endophytic fungus Chaetomium globosum (Chaetomium globosum), the final 12 compounds were isolated from the mycelium and fermentation broth by spectroscopic techniques (MS , 1H, 13C NMR and 2D NMR) and literature to determine the structure of these compounds, respectively, squalene (1), ergosterol peroxide (2), gliotoxin (3), Chaetomium heptyl hormone ( 4), (22E, 24R) - ergost -7,22 - diene-3β, 5α, 6β-triol (5), Fumitremorgin C (6), the Chaetomium propoxy hormone (7), methylthio gum base Toxin (8), 2,3,4 - trimethyl -5,7 - dihydroxy-2 ,3 - dihydro-benzo-furan (9), pseurotin A (10), the amino acid (11) 3,4 - dihydroxyphenyl acetic acid (12). Wherein compound 1, 3, 6, 8-12 was first isolated from bacteria obtained. Inhibition of mycelial growth rate method using compounds 1-12 in vitro antibacterial activity test results showed: Only gliotoxin (3) there are good inhibitory activity against six pathogens, including potato dry rot pathogens (Fusarium sulphureum) tobacco brown spot (Alternaria alternata (Fries) Keissler) and corn of Curvularia pathogen (Cercospora sorghi) inhibitory activity stronger, EC to 50 : 68.54,36.76 and 59.79μg/mL; cotton wilt pathogen (Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. vasinfectum), wheat scab fungus (Fusarium graminearum) and Botrytis cinerea (Botrytis cinerea) inhibition secondary. In summary, this paper endophytic fungus Chaetomium globosum on ginkgo secondary metabolites and antibacterial activity. Illustrate the structure of the 12 secondary metabolites, including an antibacterial activity the preferred compounds gliotoxin (3). The above study provides a theoretical basis for the development of new drugs, as well as the biological fermentation of such active compounds provides a theoretical basis.
