Abstract

Soil is the basis of agricultural production, and moments occur in the physical and chemical changes in the soil, and soil nutrient conversion completed mostly in the participation of soil microorganisms and soil enzymes. Survive in natural soil microorganisms, they can be more sensitive to predict changes in the soil environment, soil biological activity is often used as a measure of the sensitivity of soil quality indicators. Soil microbes and biological activity under different tillage studies reveal the material metabolism soil law, building green soil ecological environment has important theoretical significance. Test start since 2007 Experimental Bases in Northeast Agricultural University botany positioning implementation, set five farming practices: tillage (CT), no-tillage (NT), no-tillage coverage (NTS), minimum tillage (MT) and minimum tillage coverage (MTS), which tillage (CT) as a control, the test selection the local major soybean varieties Suinong 14 (SN14), respectively, prior to soybean planting, harvesting and soybean growth stages sampling through 2010 determination of 0 ~ 20cm soil biological activity and nutrient analysis, research the different tillage soil biological activity and soil nutrient supply situation. The results show that: compared with the plowing, tillage, conservation tillage and minimum tillage cover treatment can significantly improve soil urease, acid phosphatase, neutral phosphatase and invertase activity of alkaline phosphatase. Conservation tillage can improve the ability to maintain and supply of nitrogen, phosphorus and other nutrients in the soil. Compared with the plowing, tillage, conservation tillage, minimum tillage and minimum tillage cover treatment can significantly improve the content of the soil microbial N, P. Compared with plowing, tillage, conservation tillage and minimum tillage cover processing can significantly improve soil total nitrogen, total phosphorus, organic matter content of the effect is not obvious. Soil enzymes and microbial activity is closely related with the growth of soybean. Tillage, conservation tillage and minimum tillage cover processing at the beginning of flowering to grain filling stage of urease, acid phosphatase, neutral phosphatase and invertase activity in soil microbial N, P content and soil total nitrogen, total phosphorus, organic matter the content significant effect, and are mainly concentrated in the 0 ~ 10cm soil. Urease, phosphatase, between invertase was significant with (p lt; 0.05) or extremely significant with (p-lt; 0.01) positive correlation; soil urease, transforming enzymes and total nitrogen, total phosphorus, organic matter was significant with (p-lt; 0.05 ) or highly significant (p lt; 0.01) positive correlation effect is more pronounced in the characterization of soil fertility. Soil microbial N and P content and soil urea enzymes, phosphatases, conversion of the enzyme was significantly (p lt; 0.05) or extremely significant with (p-lt; 0.01) positive correlation, with soil total nitrogen, total phosphorus, organic matter content was highly significant ( p lt; 0.01) positive correlation.
