Abstract


Since reforming and opening, our country academic group to Lenin’s new economic policy research has experienced two stages: the first stage to form the basic understanding is, new economic policy is socialism, the new economic policy represents Lenin’s views on socialism, Lenin developed Marx ’s conception of socialism; second stages of the formation of the basic knowledge the new economic policy, not only is not socialism, but also a direct transition (i.e., socialist transformation ) does not talk to go up, but rather to socialism in backward countries circuitous transition policy, Lenin did not develop the socialistic view of Marx, but the development of Marx ’s theory on the transition period, Lenin in the view of socialism and Marx is exactly the same.High school politics textbook (Su teaches printing plate high school politics textbook" the common sense of economics") for Lenin’s new economic policy for" Lenin proposed to develop commodity economy, is the development of Marx’s theory of socialism, he put forward is the thought of socialistic goods economy". This claim is debatable. In fact, Lenin puts forward to develop commodity economy of the 1921, Russia is still in the transitional period, did not enter the socialist system, the Soviet Union in 1936 was declared a socialist. According to this interpretation, the Marx doctrine lost logic and science. Only in accordance with the second kind of understanding, to the Marx doctrine development make one principle runs through it all. Scientific and logical explanation, to help students gradually established in the Marx doctrine for the advancement of science and scientific belief.
