Abstract


Objective: Patients with chronic hepatitis B blood oxygen saturation level of clinical data survey to investigate the syndromes secondary to hypoxemia regularity and oxygen saturation and blood oxygen and other indicators related to sex . Methods: The system detects different stages of chronic hepatitis B patients with lesions of oxygen saturation, arterial oxygen tension . Collected clinical data and the clinical symptoms and signs , and other related data , summarizing chronic hepatitis lesions occur hypoxemia distribution characteristics and syndromes observed oxygen saturation and arterial oxygen tension and other indicators of relevance . Results: Patients with chronic hepatitis B hypoxemia age distribution of patients over 45 years the incidence was significantly increased, and the proportion with age , indicating that the incidence of disease and age-related ; and hypoxia with lesions progress the incidence of hyperlipidemia is rising, its various stages of a significant difference exists between , P lt; 0.01; chronic hepatitis B with different pathological stages of arterial oxygen oxygen saturation were curvilinear regression , P lt; 0.01; hypoxemia secondary to portal vein and widened , clubbing , spider incidence was significantly higher than non- hypoxemia ; lesions mainly involving organs liver, spleen and lungs. Syndrome factor in liver ( 100% ) , drugs ( 100% ) , spleen ( 92.80% ) , blood stasis ( 90.40% ) , Yin ( 86.40% ) mainly. Conclusion : Chronic hepatitis B patients with age-related incidence of hypoxemia characteristics , the basic disease located in the liver and spleen , involving the lung, among closely related. To stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome , blood stasis , liver and kidney three types as much. Chronic hepatitis B blood oxygen saturation level with the disease progresses downward trend trapezoid , chronic hepatitis B patients with portal vein widened, clubbing , spider should be wary of HPS , oximetry as HPS diagnosis is simple, easy to diagnose reference.
