Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse effects of the flavors Shouwu square of patients with hyperlipidemia, objective evaluation of the efficacy and safety of their treatment, in order to explore a safe, reliable, suitable for the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine preparation for the treatment of hyperlipidemia , and to explore its mechanism of action, and to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods: 60 cases selected patients are from the Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Cardiology patient department cases, in line with hyperlipidemia diagnostic criteria, syndrome line with liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome patients from January 2010 to January 2011. Were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients. Both groups require low salt low-fat diet. Treatment group was given the flavors Shouwu Fang Jia Etuo to Laval Atorvastatin calcium treatment and control group with atorvastatin calcium therapy. Treatment for two months. Recorded once before and after treatment in patients with serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (Tc), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-c), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-c). At the same time lipid levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Made in accordance with the appropriate diagnostic criteria of efficacy observed. General physical examination of patients before and after treatment were observed items such as body temperature (T), pulse (P), respiration (R), blood pressure (BP), liver function, electrocardiogram and adverse reactions, and to make safety evaluation. Results: The elevated level of HDL-c, Gomi Shouwu Fang Jia Atuo atorvastatin calcium combination therapy group compared with atorvastatin Ting calcium group effect was more significant (p lt; 0.05); reduce TC, TG, LDL- c levels between the two groups was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), lipid-lowering magnitude, there is no obvious difference between the two groups in the intensive lipid-lowering compliance, most patients can reach intensive lipid-lowering goals (P gt; 0.05) . TCM syndromes in the two groups before treatment Credits each group and compared between the two groups before treatment was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), TCM syndrome score in the treatment groups after treatment were significantly lower than the treatment before (P lt; 0.05); medication and symptom scores of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P lt; 0.05). Show that the two groups of patients after treatment and the symptom score has significantly lower, but the treatment group compared with the control group decreased more obvious. Treatment groups in the incidence of side effects, gastrointestinal reactions 1 cases; control group, two cases of gastrointestinal reaction, ALT, AST, abnormal elevation of the two cases. Description the the flavors Shouwu Fang Jia Etuo Atorvastatin calcium security of not less than even superior to atorvastatin calcium group, is more suitable for the high-risk groups, intensive lipid-lowering. Conclusion: Gomi Shouwu Fang Jia Atuo atorvastatin calcium treatment is not only effective completion of intensive lipid-lowering goals, significantly increased the level of HDL-c, TCM and improve symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse events compared with atorvastatin alone cutting statins has some advantages of its efficacy and reliable, good safety performance, non-toxic side effects.
