College teachers’ health status, not only its own quality of life and working achievement, and the development of the students’ physical and psychological health is very important also. Therefore, the health of college and university teachers, to ensure the research in cultivating high-quality talents, has the extremely vital significance.The survey by literature review, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the Qinghai college PE teachers’ health and intervention measures survey found: (1) the Qinghai college PE teachers’ health is not optimistic, and the per capita has 2.25 a symptoms, The universities physical teachers 98% of teachers are the symptoms (2)Sedentary lifestyle ,including sedentary lifestyle and diet, sleep patterns of late, milk food less, bad habit, such as smoking and alcohol, these factors affecting college PE teachers’ health fitness situation (3)Fitness situation is not ideal, including most people lack of physical exercise habit, short time and athletic intensity is small, sports choice single.Intervention: (1) The government departments should teachers to health cause enough attention (2)To improve life and working environment, safe and comfortable living environment can reduce the work of PE teachers from elder pressure (3)The habits and customs with good nurturance first, quitting smoking ,second, Reducing alcohol drinking, eating the control regularly, fourth, Having good amorphous quality, (4)To establish and perfect the system of examination, medical care in most teachers to the situation. 5 Strengthen self-health caring
