Abstract


Objective: This study by observing the needle Kang Legalist pairs children with cerebral palsy movement function and Its Cognitive Function the impact of , in order to treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy (cerebralpalsy, CP) to provide a a reasonable treatment plan , in order to improve children with cerebral palsy the movement of functionality and recognize well-known functions , to maximize the raise their living capacities to return to the family and society. Methods: The Press the were randomly table will meet the standards 59 cases patients were divided into needle Kang group of ( 30 cases of ) and the control group ( 29 cases of ) . Needle Kang sets, we adopt head acupoint plexus thorn combined with rehabilitation technology-based treatment, the control group using the traditional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique in the treatment , the treatment respectively, after pairs of two groups of gross motor function , children's independent functional , GESELL Scale carried out evaluation. Thereby observation needle Kang France right the above-mentioned three observation indicators of changes in situation . Results : 1. Clinical observation indicate that needle Kang group and the control group of patients with children's independent function score , gross motor function score after treatment Compared with before treatment there were significant Xing difference in (P lt; 0.05), needle Kang group was superior to the control group (P lt; 0.05). 2 . Needle Kang group of children after treatment, GESELL vector table in language , a large movement and the fine motor and other major after treatment Compared with before treatment there were significant Xing difference in (P lt; 0.05), needle Kang group was superior to control group (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion : Needle Kang France can effectively improve the children with cerebral palsy 's motor function and cognitive function, its efficacy is superior conventional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy.
