Abstract


With the arrival of the era of big science and technology, scientific development branch and the increasing trend, making the cross between the various disciplines and permeability reached an unprecedented level, the boundaries between traditional disciplines become increasingly blurred . This change of traditional research presented new challenges, compared with the previous individual combat scientific research or research team, emphasis on the collaborative team will show a more powerful team effect. Ability to colleges and universities as the main force of China's scientific and technological innovation and new force, through the formation of the innovation team to conduct scientific research to meet the needs of the world's scientific development, and can play the characteristics and advantages of the college, at the same time, university researchers in a team atmosphere itself quality can also be greatly improved. University innovation team success lies in the exchanges and cooperation between the team members, and that a good quality team, and to achieve good communication and cooperation between state, you need to fully trust among team members. Therefore, this article will focus on the university innovation team trust building, schema evolution mechanism of trust affect the performance of a series of issues related to research. First, the use of information of Investigation and content analysis method to examine the domestic and foreign research status on the team and university innovation team focused on team interaction processes, team effectiveness, trust its performance relations be About, analysis and comment, for corroboration of this article meaning and direction to provide documentary evidence to support the feasibility study. Secondly, based on the definition of certain basic theoretical issues of university innovation team from team interaction point, the power transmission mechanism of university innovation team, interactive stages and characteristics more in-depth analysis. The constructed theoretical system of university innovation team trust, including the innovative team trust and its elements, dimensions divided, schema evolution, integrated relationship of trust with key actors contents. This phase of the work to lay a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent empirical research. Third, based on the literature research and theoretical basic research, university innovation team trust building, the mode of evolution, as well as the mechanism of trust affect the performance of the comprehensive exploration of theoretical assumptions and empirical research expedition framework. Finally, using factor analysis and structural equation modeling method, validation to build trust in the interactive process characteristics based on university innovation team, concerned about the innovation team knowledge sharing and team cohesion, the risk oriented team task-oriented trust and emotional trust building role; use analysis of variance method, verify trust in university innovation team depth will vary with the stage of team interaction showed different patterns to understand the type of trust that trust by reputation type, and finally the development of identity based trust; structural equation modeling techniques, mechanism between university innovation team trust (independent variable), the integration of key actors (intermediate variables) and team performance (the dependent variable) simulation and verification. The results prove that the integration of key actors play a full mediation role in the mechanism of trust affect performance in university innovation team.
