Abstract


The photodetector with strong target detection capability, high brightness laser has become a prime target for developed countries are vigorously developing laser weapons systems; thus various types of photovoltaic equipment photodetector, laser interference detector the degree of damage, disturbance can continue to work properly, when to reach the damage threshold and how to make an objective evaluation of the interference effect is that people are very concerned about the problem.
