Abstract
Cancer patients encountered in clinical work mostly has been transferred at the time of diagnosis. This is the cancer treatment process is a very complex and important issues, although the primary tumor surgical resection or radiation therapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy, metastases often poor effect of the above measures. Clinical observations indicate that most of the patients died of metastasis. Primary lung cancer is a common malignancy, the incidence is increasing, and has now become one of the highest cancer mortality tumor. The surgery is very important in the treatment of lung cancer, the possibility of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy can reduce local recurrence, but does not improve survival.
