Abstract

Body odor specific biological information, each person has its own unique flavor characteristics. Trained dogs can smell the difference between the type of person (s). In order to explore the use of gas chromatography, mass spectrometry analysis of human body odor, in order to ascertain the chemical composition of the human body odor; research will be invisible to the human body odor performance in image form, and in accordance with the odor image to distinguish the feasibility of different people; also to explore the possibility of the results of instrumental analysis to identify and dogs results confirm each other, in order to improve the results of police dogs to identify the credibility of the court as a police dog odor identification and odor evidence introduced play similar to the human fingerprint forensic lay the theoretical foundation, we conducted the following aspects of the research work. Solid phase micro extraction chromatography carried out a comparative study of the ability of different cloth adsorption of human odor, Cashmere cotton and absorbent gauze better than other fabrics adsorption capacity of the human body odor, police dogs can be used to identify and instrumental analysis collecting body odor. 2 Development of olfactory source smell extract Copy analyzer, and were compared with dogs and gas chromatograph for odor before and after the copy, and odor transfer proof odor copy instrument can sniff source to the target odor adsorption on cloth. The odor smell Copy Machine copy and original smell has the consistency of quality, instead of the original odor for police dogs to detect and chromatographic analysis. 3 for the first time the solid phase micro-extraction technology for body odor analysis of samples before treatment, different extraction film on the human body odor adsorption capacity to that 70 polyethylene glycol of 20,000 / divinylbenzene the partially crosslinked extraction film (70μmCW / DVB) and 50μm divinylbenzene / polyethylene glycol of 20,000 / polydimethylsiloxane height deposit the associated extraction head (50μmDVB/CAR/PDMS) strong adsorption capacity for body odor. Using solid phase micro extraction and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry technology on human axillary odor and the smell of hand analysis found that body odor is composed by a variety of organic compounds such as fatty acids, esters, alcohols and organic mixture, in different individuals of the human body odor containing part of the same chemical composition, hand smell and axillary odor, containing some of the same chemical composition. Than by mass spectral library, we identified 36 compounds in the human body odor. SPME-GC technology can create human odor chromatographic fingerprint chromatographic fingerprints of different individuals, the same part of the same individual odor chromatographic fingerprint higher similarity. Preliminary proved representing pure body odor, without the need to ascertain the body odor of each compound of the case, the type of self-odor compared with chromatographic fingerprints FIG. 5 by a police dog odor discrimination result of the chromatographic fingerprint comparison and found that the pure body odor, police dog odor result of the discrimination and chromatography fingerprint on the results of the goodness of fit, two confirm each other is possible.
