Abstract


Objective To investigate the Meridian - the relevant organs reveal Meridian Essence and critical studies of the mechanism of action of acupuncture direction one. We choose Neiguan treatment of ischemic heart disease - this has been for thousands of years and decades of clinical experimental study confirmed the efficacy of needle governance research, on the basis of previous studies, observation of acupuncture at Neiguan on acute myocardial ischemia in rabbits electrocardiogram, ischemic ventricular myocytes monophasic action potential, ischemic myocardial ultrastructure of research, including the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus Off - heart-related central pathway, and involved possible, the effective neural active substances as well as the possible effect pathway to explore, in order to provide the basis from the nerve - endocrine - immune network angle is to explore the central mechanisms of electro-acupuncture at Neiguan anti-rabbit acute myocardial ischemic injury. Results 1. EA Neiguan can significantly reduce experimental acute myocardial ischemia in rabbits of ST potential inhibition of the ventricular myocytes monophasic action potential amplitude attenuation, to shorten ventricular myocytes monophasic action potential duration, improve myocardial ultrastructure (P <0.05), which, before ischemia 15min pre-acupuncture group was significantly better than ischemic instantly EA group (P <0.05); 2. Hypothalamic paraventricular damaged nuclear power solution lead to the rabbit a transient mild myocardial ischemia, hypothalamic paraventricular nuclear power solution damaged significantly reduce the electro-acupuncture at Neiguan anti-myocardial injury effect (p <0.05); 3. Hypothalamic paraventricular microinjection of naloxone had no significant effect on cardiac function in rabbits; hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus microinjection significantly reduced electro-acupuncture at Neiguan anti-myocardial injury effect (p <0.05); 4. The spinal cord C the 6 the T 5 segment intrathecal injection of specific arginine vasopressin receptor antagonist had no significant effect on cardiac function in rabbits; spinal cord C 6 ~ the T 5 segment intrathecal injection of specific AVP receptor antagonist significantly reduced electro-acupuncture at Neiguan anti-myocardial injury effect (p <0.05 ). Conclusion 1. Electro-acupuncture at Neiguan can significantly reduce experimental acute myocardial ischemia in rabbits of ST potential inhibition of the ventricular myocytes monophasic action potential amplitude attenuation, to shorten ventricular myocytes monophasic action potential duration, improve myocardial ultrastructure, improvement of acute ischemic conditions, against acute ischemic injury; better pre-electro-acupuncture treatment efficacy; 2. Off - the heart of the central pathway of the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus involved in damage paraventricular nucleus will be significantly reduced to some extent, electro-acupuncture at Neiguan resistance to the effects of acute myocardial ischemia; 3. Hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus of beta-endorphin and interleukin-1 involved in the effects of electro-acupuncture at Neiguan against acute myocardial ischemic injury; 4. Hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus - spinal cord arginine vasopressin hormone directly downstream path is electro-acupuncture at Neiguan against acute myocardial ischemic injury effect one way; multi-link in the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus may Neuroimmunomodulation electro-acupuncture at Neiguan against acute myocardial ischemic injury.
