Abstract


In this paper, the process of sustainable development of SME presence in the life cycle of short-term problems, combined with its own characteristics of SME and the external environment, in the analysis of a variety of safety-related operations based on the theory presented in the current environment in sustainable development-oriented enterprise security management theory, is divided into seven chapters, the main contents are as follows: The first chapter of the study was to determine the goal of sustainable development of the SME security management problems, analyze the safety management theory The role of SME and research necessity; summarizes the domestic and international business issues related to security and its problems, given the theoretical study of enterprise security business premise and research methods. The second chapter of the domestic SME development model for a comparative analysis on China's SME facing external environment and internal conditions are analyzed, targeted raised in the current environment of SME Available process of sustainable development security problems faced; pointed developed intellectual property strategy on China SME Innovation space constraints affecting SME security of international operations is one important factor. Chapter III presents a security costs and risks compared to determine a reasonable cost and easy way to secure investment; on SME development in the face of the nine risk mechanism is analyzed, combined with life cycle theory, elaborated for the different characteristics of each stage stages of development risk characteristics and their corresponding security objectives; utilization of extension methods to operational risk element model, based on the divergence from the object element, scalability, relevance and conjugated four aspects of science and technology SMEs business risk analysis and put forward the corresponding security measures. Chapter four by now common security concept of induction, defining the SME definition of security operations, security operations efficiency was analyzed, which determines the upper and lower investment in safety; on science and technology SMEs safe operating conditions and factors influencing factors for a more detailed analysis; construct and analyze the safety management system of SME, using expert investigation, theoretical analysis and document analysis to build a more complete security management evaluation system . Chapter V analyzes the existing security operations and problems of evaluation methods to construct safe operation of SME matter-element evaluation model that can be applied to the overall safety evaluation, can also be used for safety evaluation subsystem ; prepared modeling software, combined with examples illustrate the use of the model. Chapter VI to SME's international operations, for example, analysis of the internationalization of the common misconceptions proposed international operations contribute to the safety of several strategies: including enterprise-wide risk management, risk transfer strategies, cluster style international market development strategies.
