Organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite material is a kind of self-assembled crystal material with multiple quantum well structure. It has excellent performance in optical, electrical, magnetic and optoelectrical field. Recently, the optoelectrical research and application of the organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite materials has become a research hotspot. In this paper, the seven different hybrid perovskite materials have been prepared by self-assembly from solution. The structure, optical and optoelectronic properties of the hybrid perovskite materials have been characterization and testing; Through comparison by test, the three hybrid perovskite material and nanocrystalline TiO2 have be selected to prepared the photoconductive and photovoltaic devices. The main content and the results achieved in this paper are listed as below:1. Four two-dimensional layered hybrid perovskite materials, (C6H13NH3)2CuCl4, (C6H13NH3)2PbCl4, (C6H13NH3)2PbBr4 and (C6H13NH3)2PbI4 (different metal ions or organic halogen anion), was synthesized by self-assembly from solution. Law of the metal ions and halogen anions influence on the crystal structure, optical and optoelect -ronic properties of the hybrid perovskite materials were systematic analyzed and discussed. The research found that the metal cations and halogen anions have great impact to optical properties of the hybrid perovskite materials; and found that metal cations could affect the quantum hydrazine type of the hybrid perovskite materials, and thereby affecting the photoluminescence properties of the materials.2. Three hybrid perovskite materials (C6H13NH3)2PbI4, (C6H13NH3)2(CH3NH3)Pb2I7 and (C6H13NH3)2(CH3NH3)2Pb3I10 with different inorganic sheet thickness (tuned n) were synthesized. Law of different inorganic sheet thickness tuning on the crystal structure, band structure, exciton binding energy, optical and optoelectronic properties of the hybrid perovskite materials were systematic analyzed. The hybrid materials were characterized and tested by XRD, UV-vis spectra, PL spectra, and I/V curves, and were carried out further calculations and theoretical analysis. Found that the maximal ultraviolet absorption peak gradually red-shifted, the energy gap and exciton binding energy gradually decreased, photoconductive performance gradually increased, as the number of inorganic layers increased.3. Two photoconductive devices, with remarkable photoconductive performance, were fabricated by the two hybrid perovskite of different inorganic sheet thickness self-organized into mesoscopic TiO2 films from solution directly. The ratio of photocurrent and dark current reached as high as 3 orders of magnitude both in the two photoconductive devices. The crystal structure and morphology of the devices were characterized by XRD, AFM and SEM; The optical and optoelectronic performance of the device were testing by UV-vis, PL and J/V; The photoconductive performance were optimized by changing different inorganic sheet thickness, and found that The photocurrent value increased as inorganic sheet thickness increased. These results indicate that the photoconductive performance could be tuned by the inorganic sheet thickness. And, the photoconductive mechanism of the devices was also proposed.4. The photovoltaic devices were fabricated by the 3D hybrid perovskite (CH3NH3)PbI3 and nanocrystalline TiO2 composite materials. To further optimize the structure and performance of photovoltaic devices, we have introduced CuPc, p-type small organic materials, as the hole transporting and the electron blocking layer. The structure and the photovoltaic properties of the two devices were characterized and analyzed; The photovoltaic mechanism of the device and the CuPc specific roles in the device are analyzed and discussed. And, found that the short circuit current increased from 0.62 mA/cm-2 to 1.4 mA/cm-2 and the open circuit voltage increased from 0.4 V increased to 0.53 V in the devices, as the CuPc added.
