The glioblastoma evolution is the pathology process involving mulitiple factors, mulitiplestages and polygenes. At present the development mechanism of the glioblastoma has been known few,in particular the gene expression change during successional variation process.Therefore it is the basic way to cure this kind of stubborn illness thoroughly that discovery the pathogenesis gene of the glioblastoma and protection and regulationhe the glioblastoma. It is the current important genome team’s function study research method to use the gene chip technology to analysis gene in the system level regulative mechanism.It is obviously that the gene chip technology surpasses the sole gene research pattern because it may carry on analysis the gene expression regulation network mechanism systematically and comprehensively in the whole genome team’s level. Then the essential genes in this function regulation network are been discovered.
