Abstract


The main purpose of village governance in China use of public authority to build countryside order . However, the good village governance and modern legal order growth in the countryside , both interactive nodes lie? Penetrate deep into the countryside , but in state power increasingly difficult to effectively integrate the villages , villages how to form orderly ? This article from the civil norms order to form a functional point of view to observe the transition of rural governance goals . The body of the representation logic is divided into three units expand : first , the analysis of the evolution process of the transition of rural governance . First , from the etymology of \The second section of China 's rural governance change process from the time dimension of the sort . Second, the formation mechanism and the difficulties faced by village governance changes the context of rural order .
