Abstract


Microteaching course is the the Subject Didactics practical courses , based on the target culture Prospective Teachers teaching skills courses . With the enhancement of the basic education curriculum reform on the specialized needs of teachers , microteaching courses play an increasingly important role in the training of pre-service teacher education and teaching ability . Especially in the past two years , high- normal universities to reform in order to achieve the biggest match of the practical needs of personnel training and basic education , increase the microteaching course inputs and microteaching course . Microteaching course implementation is the first stage of exploration , the results of the reform , the objectives are being achieved , this standard requires a measure to assess its performance .
