Abstract


The students the cadres are special groups in the universities , they are active in the caucus organizations , student unions, student associations , as well as classes in recent years, the number is gradually increasing , but still plays a very important role in the work of college students . Student leaders in the ideological and political education work , student management and college students self-education, self- service plays an important role , is also the most grassroots organizations in Higher Education Management specific actors , the selection and cultivation of student leaders , so has a very important role for the university management , study, construction , construction of campus culture . Over the years , the management of student leaders has formed a relatively complete system management mode , so that the cultivation and management of university student leaders clear division of duties , overlapping functions , so as to constitute a multi-faceted , three-dimensional network . Through various opportunities and ways to cultivate a large number of outstanding student leaders in various areas of the college completed a remarkable variety of important tasks . In the caucus organization of colleges and universities , campus cultural activities play a positive role in the process of its own services for students are also self-growth . Since the beginning of the new period , the college student management environment is undergoing huge changes , especially the cultivation of university student leaders , the objective requires universities to further strengthen the Student Cadres in order to adapt to the needs of the new situation in College Student Management . In this paper, the research indicates that the main problems of college student leaders and to analyze the causes of the problem , and expounded the necessity to strengthen the College Student Cadres college student cadre selection criteria and procedures , and training , improve the quality of student leaders the ways and means and reasonable to appointment and discuss the strengthening of the institutions and mechanisms of college student Cadres . Through the Student Cadre System Reform and summarize a faculty of undergraduate institutions , procedures and standards , a reasonable selection of student leaders to take full advantage of the various educational positions , to carry out the Student Cadres of the Youth League and party .
