Abstract


In 2002 , the United States enacted the HQT plans , require the core curriculum of the public school teachers have to achieve high-quality teacher certification , the implementation of the quality of teachers in the United States can be improved nearly a decade, had a major impact on teacher professionalism . In this paper, the HQT social background as the starting point to explore the specific requirements of the United States on teacher quality and professional analysis of certification standards , summed up the high quality requirements of the impact of teacher specialization and learn from good practice and measures to China 's high-quality professional teacher training and certification . The structure of the article consists of three parts , the first part of the research at the beginning of the INTRODUCTION to explore the research program and basic concepts , followed by the United States on the specialized requirements of teachers and high quality requirements , mainly analyzes the characteristics of the United States high-quality teacher training with the status quo. The second part analyzes these two teachers with high-quality teacher certification standards , the traditional path ( Traditional route ) and alternative pathways ( alternative route ) certification path HQT main from HOUSSE indicators analysis of high - quality teacher certification standards, summarized the background to and implementation of high-quality teachers and the teachers themselves and the professionalization of teachers , teachers ' professional bodies , teacher quality certification , which summarizes the HQT promote the professional development of the American Federation of Teachers , also limits the American Federation of Teachers teaching and independent professionalism , pointed out the lack of the plight of the United States to train high-quality professional teachers HQT . Last part of the combination of teacher training and the quality of specific national conditions , pointed out that the high quality of teacher quality requirements are too simple do not ask for much, vulnerability exists in the the teacher professionalization process in China , the overall lack of quality teachers , teacher certification , summed up the American Federation of Teachers excellent measures of the project , learn to teacher training in China to find new reference for China to develop high-quality professional teachers .
