Abstract


The President of the university of professional is to build a modern university system is an important link,not only is the international trend of development of higher education, but also the inevitable choice of the development trend of the market.The principal professionalization as a new type selection system not only can make up for the lack of traditional philosophy, but also an important way to promote the internationalization of higher education and modernization. At present, China is in a crucial stage of reform and development of higher education,scale of construction in university is constantly expanding, the management activities become more and more complex, competition is becoming increasingly fierce. How to establish direction of running schools and strategic positioning, how to get more scientific resources and to push its distribution to rationalize, how to adapt to the trend of university development needs, how to coordinate the relationship between the construction of University and development of the society, how to improve the international competitiveness of Chinese higher education, how to promote the university of the China into a world first-class university and how to make Chinese higher education stronger and so on, these issues have become daunting task which university administrators face, especially principals.Therefore, to speed up the development process of occupation of university presidents, has become an inevitable trend of the development of the law of higher education throughout the world, but also is reality needs of development of universities during a period of popularization of higher education.
