Abstract


Social forces to rely on public opinion is a way of restricting the authority of government is the people's basic rights as political citizens , protect the people to supervise and prevent the abuse of public power the government is the government's responsibility . But due to various objective and subjective reasons, the relatively slow development of public opinion , the people and the news media supervision difficult to implement , because of the effectiveness of public opinion has not been fully exploited , corruption and other abuses would have occurred. Therefore, how to take measures to protect people and the news media supervision, to achieve the abuse of power constraints has become the focus of attention . Writing this article is to explore the development of public opinion bottlenecks , and propose response strategies for the development of related policies to provide the necessary information.
