With the development of modern science and technology, as a new type of heat transfer fluid, nanofluids are more and more attention and researched. Twin-nanofluids is a kind of nanofluids, characterized by the mainstream body is a twin-nanoparticles. In order to use the twin-nanofluids in the performance of high voltage insulating oil, it is necessary to study the conductivity of twin-nanofluids; guarantee twin-nanofluids run for long periods in the system, need to study its stability; twin-nanometer applications must be nano-powder spread to the entire high-voltage transformer circuit, the transformer cooling part of the temperature will have an impact, so it is necessary to study the twin-nanofluids thermal conductivity to ensure good heat dissipation in the transformer system. Around this goal, we prepared and studied of CoO-ZnO twin-nanofluids. In this paper the stability of CoO-ZnO nanofluids and nanofluid system conductivity and thermal conductivity of the experimental and theoretical research. The main contents include:The first chapter on the preparation of CoO-ZnO nanofluids and nanoparticles generated composition analysis. Then, the traditional one dollar nanoparticles of CoO-ZnO nanoparticles. Chapter II will be prepared twin-nanofluids placed in the cuvette through a different transmission than to analyze its stability. The III chapter is one of the focus of this article, of CoO-ZnO nanoparticles uniformly dispersed in the insulating oil to measure its conductivity, so we used YX1154B wide range of oil conductivity detector. In addition, in the third chapter, the critical value of the particle volume fraction when the particle volume fraction in the solution reaches a critical value, the nano-particles in solution, Brownian motion causes the contribution of convective heat transfer of nanofluids thermal conductivity maximum When the particle concentration is less than the critical value of convective heat transfer contribution as the particle concentration increases, increases, when the particle concentration is greater than the critical value the contribution of convective heat transfer with the particle concentration increases reduced. Model predictions with experimental data, both good and consistent. Chapter IV of the conductivity of the Co-ZnO nanofluids, which is the focus of this article. Although researchers have made a qualitative analysis of single nanofluid thermal conductivity and a variety of models and analytical solutions given in theory, but at an initial stage for the twin-nanofluids. The fourth chapter to consider the twin-nanoparticles with unary nanoparticles of different speculate that its model, and discuss the introduction of binary variables, some of the effects of twin-nanofluids.The V chapter is the study of CoO-ZnO twin-nanofluids thermal properties. The final chapter is the concluding part, the first five chapters are summarized, and the twin-nanofluids outlook.
