Abstract


Residue of pesticides found in agriculture products, drinking water and environmental exposure has raised much concern from the general public in recent years. In order to protect persons’ healthy, the maximum residue levels (MRL) in food were constituted by Codex Alimentarius Commission. It is important to study of pesticide residues analysis. While some metals including iron, copper, zinc are essential micronutrients and have a variety of biochemical functions in all living organisms. They can be toxic when taken in excess. So, the study of the detection of metal ions in samples is very important. The thesis includes two parts: In chapter I:Solid phase extraction-GC analysis of organochlorine residues in the soilA rapid and sensitive method has been developed for the detemination of organochlorine residues in the soil by solid phase extraction and gas chromatographic. The samples were saturated with acetone and hexane and extracted by ultrasonic. The aimed residues is cleaned up with florosil small columns. The extractives are analyzed with GC equipped with ECD. The recoveries of the organochlorine from soil were between85.8%~98.5%, RSD were between1.23%~4.65%. The method is simple, rapid, and could be applied to detect organochlorine residues in soil. In chapter II:Glass microchip capillary electrophoresis with amperometric detector for measurements of Mg2+、Pb2+andCa2+Mg2+、Pb2+and Ca2+can be separated and directed in separation channel made of glass with end-column amperometric detection at a carbon electrode was developed. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the linear range of Mg2+、Pb2+and Ca2+are100μmol/L~5mmol/L(0.9675);100μmol/L~8mmol/L(0.9857);100μmol/L~5mmol/L (0.9903), respectively. The limits of detection of Mg2+、Pb2+and Ca2+are estimated to be45、78and63μmol/L at S/N=3, Variances influencing the separation efficiency and amperometric response, including concentration and pH of buffer solution, injection time, separation voltage or detection potential are assessed and optimized. The method has been applied to the determination of the medicament sample with satisfactory result.
