Abstract


Public policy is an important part of the political system, in essence, is the authoritative allocation of social values, is the regulator of social interests. In view of public policy in real life so important to develop out of the policy can be better implementation and enforcement, making it an important part of the whole policy process, it relates to the policy of the final result can be achieved. But at the same time, implementation of public policy has been from the subjective and objective, and many other factors.In modern countries, mass media and public policy the public a very important intermediary between the factors and the normal operation of democratic politics as an indispensable link. The rapid development of mass media, affect people’s lives everywhere, the public’s attention on the growing mass media, and mass media on public policies influence the implementation process also increases, of ways is changing. Despite the mass media in policy implementation in a relatively important position, but the theory is quite scarce, a systematic study of mass media in public policy implementation process of the literature is very few.This study used qualitative research methods, mainly the literature analysis. This is the subject of research in recent years the mass media, politics, public policy, public management literature, combined with a variety of theory and real life examples to analyze the association. In this modern information era, the mass media in public policy implementation in a kind of status, what kind of impact? It also proposed the implementation of the mass media in the policy process some of the positive measures of policy implementation in the mass media, breaking the plight of the path of reality, so that the implementation of media policy in the future play a greater role in the process.
