Abstract


Country democratic deliberation is to govern the people are the masters and promote grass-roots democratic political development and progress approach and content of the important,and as the grouedwork development of socialist democratic political project is the cause of our party and state of an important cornerstone. Country governance is a public authority which by local governments to interact with each other organizations and village society to implement the rural community public affairs or the common affairs and control and guidance and standards to maximize the promotion of public interests of the dynamic management process, the expression a state power with the organizations of the communication, deliberation and coordination mechanism should form an interactive. It is emphasis that improve the systems for transparency in government and village affairs to bring about effective connection and benificial interaction between government administration and pirmary-level self-governance in the seventeenth national congress of the communist party of china. It is means demanded a diversity of the cooperation, democratic consultation, standardized institutionalized and programmatic mechanism platform. With the mode and practice theory of deliberative democracy into introducing, developing and further promoting in china,improving country governance go into deliberative governance and prompting good governance in the our society.My paper have four parts. The first part mainly analysis and discuss the historical transition of country governance in china. The second part will discuss difficulties and reasons of country governance at present. The third chapter is a keystone in my paper,mainly discuss and perspective into the feasibility of the country governance in view of deliberative democracy. The last part is important and difficult points in my paper. As far as I am concerned, there are four roads to improve deliberation governance go into good governance.
