Abstract


With the leaping development of information technology, the birth of various high -tech network terminal, popularization of information technology at home and abroad.The ability to control techniques increasingly that highly skilled people are no longersatisfied with the Internet as a fashion and a new thing, but for its service network intovarious fields, the Internet has bring astonishing changes and productivity in variousfields, of course, education is no exception.Popularization of information technology in all primary and secondary schools anduniversities, students are equipped with the operation of network technology andinnovation ability, Information Literacy competency, information identification and theability to use. In this case, learners are no longer satisfied with passive network learningcourses arranged by the school or institution, will take the initiative through the internetto get some answers or depth studies in the field.Therefore, personalized networklearning environment will become the mainstream in the field of network education.In view of the border of personal learning environment’s uncertainty, This papermainly studies the network informal personal learning environment. After the literaturereading from 2004, the author chose a clearer think by scholar Michelle Martin,whichbased on " information " concept , and researched on the use of the present flexible andpractical web2.0 widget to promote the construction of personal learning environment.The study of this article object is college students of Northeast Normal University,On the basis of the current situation, demand analysis and correlation analysis,demonstrating the feasibility of PLE construction at the present stage, searching factorsaffecting PLE construction, and put forward the proposal of construction, the author’ssome poor understanding, could give some enlightenments to college students whoencounter problems when build personal learning environment.
