Abstract


Since the establishment of People’s Republic of China, China develops from closed to open and continue to integrate into the international community. As today, China is not only the Socialist country with poverty and backwardness in the early days, but also a powerful nation which has strong wings and can make a great rising in the wave of globalization. Education is the way to train qualified personnel which makes people adapt to the society. The quality improvement of living means the improvement of the whole nation. The competition in the future will be the competition between national qualities. The continuous national quality improvement depends on the development of the excellent national education and educational management innovation. The most important thing in educational management innovation is the theory’s innovation. This article attempt to serve management philosophy as the pointcut, find out the problems in recent educational management theory via analyze the development and innovation in educational management theory since the founding of PRC and try to give some suggestion to the innovation of recent educational management theory in PRC. The theory of subjectivity and Scientific Outlook on Development might be useful.The thesis divides into three parts altogether:Part one: studying basis theory about Innovation of educational management. It’s mainly about the meaning of educational management innovation and the definition of this innovation by the scholars in China. Then reflect the premise of philosophy, the principle of innovation and the value of innovation through the horizon of the management philosophy.Part two: Philosophical Introspection on educational management philosophy of PRC. It’s mainly about the influence on the educational management theory innovation by the western countries. We will find out the problems in the practice of educational management and scan the development and innovation on the theory of educational management, looking for the problems in the theories of educational management and the reason based on them through the horizon of the management philosophy.Part three: The philosophy idea of construction on theories of educational management innovation in the new era. It’s mainly about how to use management philosophy to guide the innovation and development of educational management in PRC. The development of the theory of concept affect theoretical innovation, vision is related to the direction of China educational management theory. So the innovation of educational management theory needs the innovation of concept and vision. Management philosophy can provide the suggestion for solving the problem in in recent educational management theory innovation in PRC.
