With the rapid development of national economy, our country has entered the stageof high consumption of mineral resources, especially in recent years; the rapiddevelopment of the mining industry, to our country mining technology has put forwardhigher requirements. Pillar mining safety and goaf treatment is of metal mines in Chinais faced with the pressing problem, directly related to the sustainable development ofmines and the safety of personnel.In this paper, combined with the existing condition of science and technology andthe results of previous studies, taking Chao buleng mining area iron and ZincPolymetallic Mine as the research object, through the mine engineering geologicalinvestigation, with field experiment, theory, numerical simulation methods, thenonferrous metal mines during ore pillar mining goaf stability are studied. In this paper,the research contents are as follows:1Ultrasonic test. The first to do not log mining iron and zinc polymetallic oredeposit geological characteristics of North Zone, the stope working surface of the actualmining, mining technology and practical blasting design parameters were summarize,designed to monitor downhole roadway excavation blasting, repeatedly under the actionof blasting ore pillar rock ultrasonic testing work.2In rock blasting damage theory as the foundation, using sonic wave testtechnology, system research for many times under the action of blasting sublevelstoping roadway, roadway surrounding rock and pillar rock damage cumulative growthlaw. Through12practical tunneling blasting, using NM-4A intelligent acoustic testsystem, to not corrugated iron and zinc polymetallic ore mining roadway blastingcumulative damage effect produced by the field test study. Based on lots of fieldmeasured data, obtained under explosive loads of roadway surrounding rock rockaccumulative damage degree, the acoustic wave velocity and blasting effect, betweenthe number of existing law. At the same time based on the sound wave test data, andfurther reveals the mine rock blasting cumulative damage cumulative growth rule andfailure mechanism.3Cemented tailings filling adjacent goaf of pillar stoping of three-dimensionalfinite element numerical simulation. The North Zone of a shaft mining working face under the actual situation of mining, a middle numbers for1and2adjacent goaf,through reasonable selected to simulate air zone size and choice of regional geologicalstructure parameter, numerical simulation in goaf filling conditions, using different orepillar recovery scheme of goaf stability research, through the contrast to choose thereasonable mining method and optimization of mining, for the same type of goaf MiningOrebody provides important reference value.Based on the sound wave test, rock blasting damage numerical simulation theoryand combining the three methods, for non-ferrous metal mine surrounding rock blastingcumulative damage, residual ore pillar stoping and goaf stability research, has theimportant theory significance and project application value.
