Abstract


Since the 1960s, according to the needs of the developing national economy, South Korea had taken the opportunity to adjust the industrial structure constantly, and got rid of the backward economic situation. South Korea, which created a remarkable "hanjiang miracle," had become an emerging industrialized countries rapidly. After withstanding the 1997 Asian financial crisis test, South Korea had been on economic renewal way. Since the reform and opening, China’s first industry had been strengthened, and the second and third industry had developed rapidly, but the industrial structure still needed further improvement. The experiences and lessons of South Korea’s adjustment on industrial structure enlighted China greatly. This paper tries to analyze this treatise.The paper structure is divided into five parts:The first chapter is the introduction, including paper research background, purpose and significance. The second chapter expounds the definition of industrial structure, enumerate the main theories about industrial structure adjustment, and points out its goal.Chapter three analyzes the trajectories of Korean industrial structure adjustment, which mainly divided into four stages. The fourth chapter summarizes the experiences and lessons of Korean industrial structure adjustment by analyzing the trajectories. The fifth chapter analyzes the adjustment of China’s industrial structure. Basing on summing up the experiences and lessons of Korea industrial structure adjustment and unifiing the condition of China’s industrial structure adjustment, the sixth chapter concludes its enlightenment to China.
