Abstract


With the rapid social and economic development as well as the gradual improvement of the social and medical career as a medical emergency 120 emergency service work is also increasingly need to network with geographic information technology support . 120 traditional voice communication , for help with the 120 emergency center 120 command center staff for help by the position of human judgment and decision-making in order to implement the 120 emergency work , this mode of inefficiency in a in some cases the lack of a scientific nature . This paper summarizes the latest developments of the domestic and foreign scholars on the 120 emergency system proposed in close connection with the theory of Intelligent Transportation (ITS) and Fuzhou road transport network and \transportation network data model , design and development of web-based service type the 120 emergency WebGIS system . Dijkstra algorithm to optimize the system to calculate the core algorithm calculated from the emergency hospital to ambulance traveling accident occurred optimal \bidirectional path when it is returned . System of road traffic data display , query , browse, analyze planning and optimal emergency path analysis functions, both thought Fuzhou 120 emergency work service , can be increased to improve 120 emergency response capacity , to gain time for patient treatment , it can also serve as City residents travel route the auxiliary planning , decision-making basis .
